A young man moves to a strict, small town. He struggles for freedom to do whatever he wants; which is to dance.

Good soundtrack. Classic story. Significantly less dancing than you might imagine. I love the moral of the story: break the rules, do what you want, eventually everyone will relax and realize that you were right.
