A man moves to a well-to-do neighborhood and makes the acquaintance of an eccentric, complicated man named Gatsby.

The story is based on a dull-but-decent classic novel that is nowhere near interesting enough for a Hollywood movie in our time. In order to make the story appealing to a modern audience an offbeat, jazz/hip hop soundtrack was added, and the entire story is told in highly stylized, jerky, comic book style. It didn’t really work for me, but you might like it. It’s worth a try.
